The sausages are made here every morning from finest pork trim — plain, herb, leek, traditional Irish, chipolatas and hog roast. The burgers are minced from Scotch beef on the same block. The kievs, the pigs in blankets, the spatchcock chickens and every marinade on the chicken counter: all ours.

It is the part of the shop you cannot get in a supermarket, and it is the reason people come back.
